The venue is Yarnfield Park Training & Conference Centre which is a purpose built conferencing facility.

Parking:

There is a large surface car park that is free to use through your stay.

Bedroom Accommodation:

All bedrooms have an ensuite bath or shower and tea and coffee making facilities. 
Bed linen, towels and shampoo/body wash are provided.  Some rooms have a hairdryer.

There are only twin or double rooms but you can choose single or shared occupancy on your booking. 
 

Please indicate on your registration if you require any of the following: 

• single occupancy
• bedrooms located close together - this will be particularly relevant for families with younger children.
• a walk in shower rather than a shower over a bath.

Bedrooms are a short, step free, covered walk from the main conference building where all sessions will be held. These walkways are lit at night.  

Other facilities:

There is a basketball court and one or two pieces of play equipment across the road from the venue.  This is easily accessible and also open to the public. Parents are reminded that their children are their responsibility at all times. There are no other sports pitches or facilities - we will need to bring our own, including tabletop games. Please indicate on the registration form if you are able to bring any equipment such as a rounders, cricket set or board games.

A small Costa coffee bar is on site and open 24 hours.

Free fast WIFI access is available throughout the site.

Please note:

This is a cashless site - any payments, including vending machines require card or phone payment.

‘The tower’ is strictly out of bounds - it is a special site housing bats.

CCTV operates throughout the site.
